Your Redeum Account

• You must be of legal age, or have the authorization of your parent or guardian.
• The information you give us must be true and up to date.
• You’re responsible for keeping your credentials and passkeys safe. If you notice access you don’t recognize, tell us right away.
• When you activate an app, it links to your account. You can unlink it whenever you want.

Acceptable use

Use the site and the apps lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• break the security of the services or try to access other people’s data;
• use the apps to send spam, fraud or illegal content;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, except as the law allows;
• run automations that degrade the service for others.

Your content

What you create or upload in the apps is yours. You allow us to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service. You can export and delete it.

Our intellectual property

Redeum’s brands, software, designs and content, and those of its apps, belong to Redeum or its licensors. Using the apps gives you no rights over them beyond the license to use granted by these terms.

Plans, payments and discounts

Some apps or features are paid. The price, billing period and what each plan includes are shown before you buy. The education discount requires a valid institutional .edu email, is verified once a year and may be withdrawn if you no longer meet the requirements. Business terms are agreed in writing.

Artificial intelligence features

AI features are optional and labeled. Their results may contain mistakes: review them before using them for important decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or retire features; if we retire something you paid for, we’ll tell you in advance.

Suspension and cancellation

You can cancel your account whenever you want. We may suspend or cancel accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, notifying you when possible.

Liability

We provide the services with professional care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the results of the apps.

Governing law
