Who is responsible for your data

Redeum ([legal name], “Redeum” or “we”), located at [address], is responsible for the personal data you give us when you use this site, your Redeum Account and Redeum’s apps. For anything about privacy, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Identification and contact: name, email and, if you give it, phone number.
• Your Redeum Account: encrypted credentials, passkeys, security settings and the apps you activate.
• Usage and device: technical logs, IP address, device and browser type.
• What you keep in the apps: the content you create or upload in each app.
• Billing: tax and billing details when you buy a plan. Payments are processed by a specialized provider; we don’t store your full card details.
• Education: your institutional email, to verify the student and teacher discount.

We don’t ask for sensitive data. If you choose to share some in an app — for example, neurodivergence in your Pocus.do profile — we process it only with your express consent and for the feature that uses it.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes: creating and managing your Redeum Account; providing the apps you activate; protecting your account and preventing fraud; support; billing; and meeting legal obligations.

Additional purposes: sending you the newsletter and news; inviting you to surveys; measuring site usage to improve it, if you accept analytics cookies. You can refuse these at any time, without affecting the necessary ones, by writing to [email protected] or from your preferences.

Who we share it with

With providers that help us operate — infrastructure, email, payments — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for the service. With authorities, when the law requires it. Between Redeum’s apps, only what your account needs to work in the apps you activate. We don’t sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its use, as well as withdraw your consent or limit how your data is used. Write to [email protected] with your name, a way to reply, an ID and a description of your request. We answer within 20 business days and, where applicable, act on it within the following 15 business days.

From your Redeum Account you can also download your data, unlink apps and delete your account.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies so the site works and, only if you accept them, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time in “Cookie preferences”, at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

While your account is active and for as long as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

Encryption in transit and at rest, workspace isolation, minimal and logged access for our team, and passkeys and two-step verification for your account.

Changes to this notice

If it changes, we publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we let you know by email.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you can turn to the competent authority.
