Questions
Do I need a separate account for each app?
No. You use your Redeum Account and activate each app the first time you open it.
What does activating an app mean?
Linking it to your Redeum Account so it knows who you are. You can see and unlink your apps from your account at any time.
Why are the apps on different domains?
Each app has its own identity, team and roadmap, so each has its own address. Your account is what ties them together.
Does every app see my password?
No. You only enter your credentials at account.redeum.co. Apps receive a signed confirmation of who you are, never your password.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your data is deleted from every Redeum app. You can download an export first — or delete a single app’s data instead.
